Hayk Tadevosyan
Hayk started his State Farm career as a Team Member in 2007. Launching his first office in Bellevue, WA in 2010. In 2021, Hayk opened a MOA office in Kirkland, WA and a third agency in June of 2024 in Mercere Island, WA.
With a little over a decade's history as an Agent, Hayk has led his team to many of the company's highest achievements - MDRT, Presidents Club in Auto Fire, and Life, Chairman's Circle, Life Time Presidents Club Member and Ambassador Club Exotic Plus.
A highlight of the MOA journey has been qualifying for Double Chairman's Circle first and second year. In the second year in MOA he finished L3 Travel while finishing Exotic Travel within 5 months in Legacy. Hayk's team has been proudly holding the #1 position on the Pacific North West Top 100 report for four years in a row. With focus on quality volume, the Tadevosyan Agency has written as many as 600 applications in one office and over 900 between both offices several times.

Luke Roth
From a young age, Luke developed a passion for insurance and aspired to become a State Farm Agent. His inspiration came from a legacy of agents in his family: his grandmother was the first female State Farm Agent in New York, two of his uncles were agents, his mother had a 35-year career as an agent, and his father has been an agent for 40 years. Driven by the desire to follow in his parents' entrepreneurial footsteps, becoming a State Farm Agent was the perfect path for him.
Over the years, his agency has earned several prestigious awards, including Chairman's Circle from 2020 to 2023, President's Club Auto and Fire from 2020 to 2023, and Auto Line Leader (Top in the Company) in both 2022 and 2023. He takes pride in the diversity and hardworking spirit of his community, which he considers one of the most diverse areas in the state.

After every presentation, you will have an opportunity to ask questions about anything they presented on or anything you are currently struggling with and need help on.
