The terms of this agreement, which will be upheld by both parties, are as follows: A total investment of $6,000 is required for access to the program. The purchase price will be divided into 12 monthly installments of $500, facilitated by Weaver Sales Academy.Access to the program will be for 12 consecutive calendar months. You agree not to share any proprietary information or materials provided by Weaver Sales Academy, Inc. with any other Agents or Professionals in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. If you are found responsible for sharing proprietary information and material products of Weaver Sales Academy, Inc., you will be subject to a minimum of a $25,000 fine imposed by Weaver Sales Academy, Inc. Due to the nature of the proprietary information you will have direct access to, Weaver Sales Academy, Inc. does not offer refunds.
